- Strong experience with multiple of the following disciplines required:Data Center Connectivity including Cloud, Campus & Branch Connectivity, Hyper-converged Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Collaboration, Wireless, Security Infrastructure including Next Gen Firewalls
- Strong experience with any of the following disciplines is a plus: Data Protection, Compute, Storage, Virtualization.
- The ability to understand a client’s business model and determine technical and resource requirements for a solution from a client’s business objectives.
- Experience with scoping Professional Services and Enterprise Solutions Statements of Work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, product demonstration skills, customer service skills, and presentation skills are required.
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience required.

- Responsible for driving and owning the technical sales strategy. Be proactive in bringing innovative solutions to address customers needs/challenges

- Create / deliver presentations that simplify the complex, are interactive and adapt to audiences needs
- Stay on top of trends, changes and new technologies, to educate customers and create opportunity
- Regularly leveraging resources such as the ATC, Workshops, TOCE, ISRs, CSAs, GS&A, and BD
- Provide thought leadership with customers, internally and OEMs. Lead conversations vs being an attendee
- Command a level of clear and precise communication
- Manage and build relationships while clearly setting expectations with customers, HPTs, internal & OEMs
- Own technical relationships and utilizing them for opportunity identification / creation
- Accountable for engagement, preparation and delivered outcomes of overlay resources
- Expedite sales cycles and balance workloads with OEM counterparts
- Know your partner teams and supporting resources
