Our client, a global leader in precision CMM equipment, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customer sites across the Memphis and nothern MS areas. This is a contract position with strong potential for permanent placement.Position Overview: This is a 100% travel role Mondays through Fridays every week, focused on the installation, maintenance, and calibration of high-precision equipment at customer facilities.Responsibilities include:
  • Equipment assembly, disassembly, leveling, diagnostics, and repair
  • Performing certifications and re-calibrations
  • Delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional presence on-site
Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have previous experience in field support with heavy travel
  • Full availability to travel Monday through Friday every week
  • Will need a reliable vehicle (until company van available) and clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to ITAR regulations for federal site access)
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
