- Draft and review a variety of contracts, including master service agreements, IT service agreements, and maintenance agreements.
- Provide legal counsel during business meetings to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and contractual needs.Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
