A respected and established law firm is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Finance Associate to join its dynamic team. This position offers a significant opportunity to work on complex and high-profile commercial finance transactions across a broad range of industries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent both borrowers and lenders in middle-market commercial lending transactions.
  • Advise on secured transactions, including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) issues.
  • Negotiate and draft documentation for term loans, acquisition financings, letters of credit, and equipment finance agreements.
  • Support cross-border lending transactions, including secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • 2–6 years of experience in commercial finance transactions.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across practice groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
