
Service and Parts Coordinator

- Inputs data in GFS proprietary software; send and receive emails as required.
- Ensures that all arriving stock receipts are efficiently and carefully executed.
- Processes invoices, create work orders, and purchase orders.
- Participates in an ongoing basis in routine inventory cycle counts.
- Helps prepare for and take part in, all physical inventories as scheduled by the company.
- Assists with inventory maintenance reports.
- Ensures shop space is organized and clean.
- Acts as a liaison between intra company departments.
- Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
- Counts and reconciles randomly chosen part numbers and/or locations.
- Assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas.
- Compiles, verifies and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding asset trends.
- Assists in development of projects as well as make recommendations to appropriate personnel.
- Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures as well as compliance to contractual obligations.
- Maintains vendor relations to ensure good standing relationship.
- Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
- Implementation of cost control measures
- Vehicles registration and permits, distribute documents to correct people.
- Researches new items and new vendors.
- Assists truck driver’s with directions as needed.
- Assists mechanics in Maintenance Shop as needed.
- Performs filing, scanning, and copying.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry.
- Ability to keep company proprietary information confidential.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization.
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
- Associate Degree helpful but not required.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
