Equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry will also be considered. 10+ years of experience in developing FinFET and/or industry experience in CMOS device technology and process integration Knowledge of Nano sheet and vertical GAA logic transistor technologies Developing DRAM Design or Test skills Strong presentation skills
