Project Manager leads and supervises all project phases, managing resources, timelines, and budgets for successful execution. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience within the General Contracting world, interested in specializing in the Healthcare and Mission Critical markets.This is an immediate career opportunity to join a highly respected National Leading ENR General Contractor in the US.The Onsite Project Manager will:
  • Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
