The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Intune. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems for our clients.Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar, with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure technologies.
- Certifications: (Preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Design and Implementation:
- Design, implement, and manage complex infrastructure solutions.
- Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions, particularly on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
- System Administration:
- Perform system administration tasks for Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of server and cloud environments.
- Monitor and maintain system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Technical Support:
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex technology issues.
- Collaborate with technology support teams to resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Utilize tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other scripting languages.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members and end-users.
