The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Intune. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems for our clients.Qualifications
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar, with a focus on cloud technologies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure technologies.
  • Certifications: (Preferred)
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator, or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Description and Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation:
  • Design, implement, and manage complex infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions, particularly on Microsoft Azure.
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • System Administration:
  • Perform system administration tasks for Windows Server, Active Directory, and related infrastructure.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of server and cloud environments.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex technology issues.
  • Collaborate with technology support teams to resolve escalated incidents and service requests.
  • Automation and Scripting:
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other scripting languages.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members and end-users.
