As we prepare for our separation from Unilever in November 2025, we are building a world-class HR team to support our transformation and growth. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (WL2A) to lead strategic HR initiatives across our North America Transformation and Supply Chain Go-to-Market functions, including Procurement, Planning, Strategy, Customer Service & Logistics, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain Finance. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation across a dynamic and evolving supply chain landscape.Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior Transformation & Supply Chain leaders to shape and execute the people strategy across all go-to-market functions.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and capability building aligned to business transformation goals.
- Drive change management and cultural evolution as Ice Cream transitions to a standalone entity.Talent & Capability Development
- Build and execute strategic talent plans to attract, retain, and develop top supply chain talent.
- Champion leadership development, succession planning, and critical capability building.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design and deploy targeted interventions.Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation
- Lead HR support for major transformation initiatives, including digital supply chain and procurement modernization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment across supply chain pillars.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that reflects our Ice Cream values.
- Serve as a strategic coach and advisor to leaders and teams.
- Ensure consistent and equitable application of HR policies and practices.Governance & Compliance
- Partner with legal, employee relations, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
- Lead complex employee relations matters with a strategic and empathetic approach.Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in CPG or global supply chain environments.
- Proven experience in strategic HR partnering at a senior level.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain operations.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 30% and flex schedule to support business needs.Key Interfaces
