- Accountable for human capital results in your business units in the areas of employee relations, talent retention, engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and career development.
- Works closely with business leaders on effective workforce planning, recruitment & selection methods, pipeline development, interviewing methodologies, and hiring processes. Actively identify talent within your client group to fill openings as a means for development.
- Help drive succession planning within client group by identifying the high potential talent and engage in assessment, development, and ongoing support, particularly for those on a leadership track.
- Counsel people leaders within assigned client group regarding company policy, procedures, and workplace issues. Provide coaching and resolution for employee relations issues within your client group.
- Identify and analyze trends in HR and formulate recommendations to improve processes or plans that address talent issues (i.e., proactive training, onboarding, retention strategies, career development, etc).
- Provide counsel to business leaders regarding local/federal employment law and legislation changes. Support roll-out of compliance initiatives within your client group location(s).
- Create a best-in-class new hire onboarding program by partnering with business leaders and HR partners to deliver a positive and effective new hire experience.
- Responsible for due diligence, integration, and the HR playbook for any future acquisitions to support our growth strategy within your assigned client group.
- Effectively coordinate within HR and internal stakeholders to align on projects, change management plans, communication messages and related efforts for effective deployment within your respective region(s).

- Eight or more years’ experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or HR Generalist required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP, MBTI/DISC, and/or PROSCI certifications a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the confidence to present, influence, and collaborate at the leadership level
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically; analyze, organize, and present business data that tells a story; and develop holistic HR solutions to address talent gaps
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality projects in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Have an eye for spotting talent and a strong understanding of trends within human capital/workplace design
- Strong knowledge of Federal/state employment laws and workers compensation/safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight, while still being an active contributor to both the HR team and your assigned client group
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand complex technical matters
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint
- Change management leadership
- Experience working with applicant tracking, LMS, and HR systems
- Ability to manage medium to large scale projects
- This role will require limited travel 10-20% of your time to support your assigned business units that are regionally based
