We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in restaurant construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading all field operations to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality.Coordinate day-to-day activities, including inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.Enforce compliance with building codes, OSHA safety regulations, and company policies.Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, owners, and clients to ensure project goals are met.Maintain accurate daily logs, project documentation, and progress reports.Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact the schedule or quality.Lead and participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and project reviews.Ensure a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
