Project Superintendent - Traveler

- Permit document administration and control
- Complete review and understanding of subcontractor’s scope of work
- Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety
- Control project access and traffic
- Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
- Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing
- Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reporting
- Complete “3‐week look ahead schedule” and update master schedule with PCM
- Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
- Maintain “As Built” drawings for final submittal
- Coordinate and schedule project inspections
- Final inspection and proper close‐out documentation
- Quality control of installed materials and Equipment
- Site layout and control of benchmarks
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent overseeing construction projects - In lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience
- Experience with lab, pharmaceutical, and hospital construction projects, including work involving high-end finishes, is required.
- Data Center experience is preferred
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control
- Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors
- OSHA Certification – In depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures
- Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Programs and Document
- 10+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6)
- Experience in projects greater than $20 million
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willingness to travel through the US
- Compensation $100,000-$140,000 / year, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation may be available for this role such as: Per Diem, Vehicle Allowance, and cell allowance, and other exciting benefits.
