- Assisting drafters in developing the structural design of products.
- Using drafting tools or computer-assisted design software.
- Conferring with other professionals to implement operating procedures.
- Resolving product malfunctions or providing technical recommendations.
- Recommending design modifications to eliminate product malfunctions.
- Conducting research that tests or analyzes the performance of equipment.
- Investigating product difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.
- Testing models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Licensed Professional Engineer is a plus.
- Self-motivated and committed to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Autodesk AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
- Specific interest in a career in designing Utility-HVAC-Plumbing systems using the Design-Build approach.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
