- Originate, lead, and close M&A and private placement transactions across crypto infrastructure, tokenization, DeFi, fintech, Web3, and AI
- Provide strategic advisory to high-growth clients - from early-stage disruptors to late-stage unicorns
- Leverage your existing investor relationships (crypto-native funds, VCs, digital asset managers, institutional capital) to drive capital formation
- Manage the full deal lifecycle - from origination and pitch through execution and closing
- Build and lead your own high-performing deal team
- Collaborate across research, trading, and capital markets to maximize value for clients
- Be a public thought leader at the forefront of Web3 and digital asset finance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- 10+ years of investment banking experience with a focus on tech, crypto, fintech, or blockchain
- A track record of sourcing and closing $50M-$500M+ transactions - capital raises, M&A, SPVs, and hybrid structures
- A robust, near-term pipeline of live or qualified mandates
- Deep relationships across the crypto capital ecosystem: investors, operators, founders, and family offices
- FINRA Series 79, 63 required; 24 preferred
- Mastery of strategic advisory, valuation, modeling, and execution
