• Provide professional electrical engineering services for projects including design, plans, specifications, reports, project budgets, scope of work, permits, contracts, schedules, estimates, and coordination of sub-consultants and contractors.
• Client management activities including maintaining and enhancing existing and pursued client relationships, identifying, evaluating, and leading project opportunities.
• Manage multi-disciplinary staff resources and sub-consultants to deliver high quality projects that meet or exceed clients expectations.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules of project assignments.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings.
• Manage performance of assigned project team members
• Maintain existing client relationships and enhance pursued relationships with clients
• Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities
• Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 5+ years of electrical system design experience in the water/wastewater or similar industrial facility areas
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business development
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project team members

• Knowledge of electrical systems including electrical distribution, lighting, and special systems
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems including instruments, fiber optics, computers, radios, Ethernet networks and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)

• Ability to walk up to 3-miles on uneven terrain
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight
• May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
• May be required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to, flame resistant clothing, hard hat, and protective footwear
• May require occasional evenings and weekends with overtime expectations varying with workload
• May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town
