We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.Job Description: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of adult individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA Consultant, you will provide expert guidance on matters related to behavioral care and assistance with documentation related to such care.Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult on documents such as health and safety waivers to ensure compliance and optimal care.
  • Develop and review individualized behavior plans tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with our team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of consultations and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • 5+ years experience as a BCBA.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to supported living services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
