- Provide dedicated account management support in several areas, including issue resolution, financial performance, adherence to contract terms and solution design and pricing
- Handle customer expectations and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Handle the contracts for assigned accounts as well as all account-driven activities
- Develop short-term and long-range plans and goals for the organization
- Ensure attainment of annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals at each client engagement
- Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
- Inspire and ensure a Lean culture
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Confirmed logistics or supply chain management experience
- Superior knowledge of the supply chain vertical
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work or military experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective, reciprocal work relationships within and outside of the company
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills; able to be conclusive, results-oriented, and strategic in thinking and approach
