OSHS’s customizable solutions serve the diverse needs of commercial customers, as well as federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Departments of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services.We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Process Analyst to support and proactively drive operational excellence across our programs. This role is responsible for leading contract-specific changes, change management, data analysis, developing performance metrics, while managing and executing on improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in leading change, data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide contract specific data analysis to help drive program efficiencies, proactively seeking out resources needed for issue resolution and attaining operational excellence. Work is generally self-directed and not prescribed, requiring initiative and independent judgment
  • Take the lead in defining and formalizing the capture of requirements, overseeing delivery, and implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract deliverables, Management by Objectives (MBOs), and other program-wide performance and execution metrics. Translate concepts into practice and provide explanations and information to others on complex issues
  • Execute, document, and communicate progress on Get-to-Green, CAPA, or other defect/improvement initiatives, while representing Program interests. Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems, solving moderately complex issues and conducting analyses with minimal guidance
  • Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements to ensure reporting solutions are aligned and actionable. This includes collaborating with program leaders and operational SMEs to define requirements, develop, test, and deploy SSRS/Tableau reports - both new and modified - including those required as contract deliverables
  • Prepare and provide reports, graphs and charts detailing the findings of program studies for Program Management leadership and/or in communications with customers
  • Serve as a Program and Operational resource to others by providing guidance, coaching, feedback, and guiding less experienced team members
  • Perform data validation (to include data exchanges) to ensure adherence to program and operational protocols and escalate and resolve non-compliant customer by setting expectations and troubleshooting data issues with the appropriate internal and external partners
  • Perform complex data analysis and validation in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests
  • Develop, supply and communicate optimal time, cost, and options for program evaluation, review, and implementation by holding key stakeholder (internal, external, both) discussions and touch bases to develop and deploy operational changes and requests
  • Represent the Program Management leadership team and thoroughly understand the work and nuances included in any/all IT requests to include the submission, testing, release, and communication facets for SPRINT, Jira, AHA modalities including prioritization and review meetings to include, but not limited to, data exchanges, event tree, setup, communications, bugs, and performance improvements
  • Support and follow Program Change Management review and implementation processes to manage workload and ensure transparency in prioritization, balancing effort, cost, timeline, and other factors
  • Develop, own, and validate key program documentation and processes by collaborating with operational leaders, support teams, and technical SMEs. Ensure the creation and maintenance of essential materials such as work instructions, process flows, SOPs, reference guides, forms, and templates

  • 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, operations analyst, business process analyst role
  • 2+ years of project experience developing/implementing new or changes in process including technical details and requirements building
  • Computer and excellent technical proficiency are required, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple ongoing projects within expected timeframes
  • Proven ability to identify, problem solve and propose solutions in stressful and time sensitive restrictions
  • Proven ability to analyze and evaluate data using statistical methods and present the requested information in an appropriate and consumable manner for multiple experience levels
  • Proven solid self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and ability to adjust to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Leadership experience
  • AHA and Jira experience
  • MedNet experience
  • Document Management System (DMS) creation and management experience
  • Knowledge of WTC (World Trade Center Health Program - Clinical Center of Excellence) contracts

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
