The Systems Analyst I will support data management, system integration, business intelligence, and application functions across the organization. This role works closely with teams to improve efficiency, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights.IT Systems Analyst I Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing requirements, supporting system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Support data management efforts including data quality, governance, integration, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Automate data processes, monitor data flows, and ensure accuracy and security of information.
Provide technical support for enterprise applications, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support user training/documentation.
Contribute to projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives (including NIST/CMMC).
IT Systems Analyst I Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
1-2 years of experience with business intelligence, data analytics, data integration or application development or support roles
Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau/QlikView a plus).
Strong SQL skills and understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise application support.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing needs.
