- Responsible for maintenance, repairs, and general operating condition of slot machines and Electronic Boards.
- Supervises and trains all slot technicians.
- Responsible for following internal control procedures as they apply to machine removal, installation, maintenance and key control.
- Responsible for preventative maintenance program and logs.
- Tracks slot machine and parts inventory.
- Monitors training required for all slot technicians.
- Orders slot machine parts.
- Follows through and delegates work projects.
- Adheres to Title 31 procedures.
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, direct, and assign work.
- Ability to make judgments and decisions regarding customer and employee complaints.
- Ability to implement and administer disciplinary procedures.
- Ability to analyze and develop timelines, project resources, monitor and evaluate results.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Ability to deal effectively with the public and casino staff.
- Ability to write reports and maintain slot files and employee schedules.
- Ability to develop and implement training needs for employees and Tribal members.
- Knowledge of Casino operations, federal and state reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of all slot and gaming equipment.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
- Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
- Must be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends as necessary.
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
- Obtain and retain required license(s).
- Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
- Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.
- Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
- Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High School Diploma.
- Three (3) years slot tech experience including six (6) months supervisory experience.
- Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
