📍 Location: Montana and/or Wyoming | 💼 Full-Time | 🕒 6–15 Years of ExperienceWe are currently seeking a professional civil or environmental engineer with 6–15 years of experience and a BS or MS in Civil Engineering. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and diverse engineering environment, with projects spanning civil, water resources, environmental, geotechnical, and transportation engineering. We’re looking for a motivated, self-starting professional engineer (PE) to join our collaborative team.As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll work on a wide range of impactful projects, including site design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, reservoir design and permitting, irrigation systems, transportation infrastructure, geotechnical evaluations, public engagement, and construction oversight. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to project management, client communications, and proposal development.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete and lead engineering design tasks using AutoCAD Civil 3DDevelop construction plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and bid packagesPerform regulatory permitting with agencies such as EPA, State DEQs, and the U.S. Army Corps of EngineersAssist with and lead fieldwork, including surveying, site inspections, and construction administrationConduct quality control and provide technical oversight of engineering deliverablesParticipate in proposal writing, marketing efforts, and regular client interactionsMentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplinesSupport field construction efforts including reviewing contractor submittals, pay applications, and daily logsMake technical decisions on design approaches, project scheduling, and budget planningWhat We’re Looking ForLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Montana and/or Wyoming (required)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field (from an ABET-accredited program)6–15 years of relevant experience in civil or environmental engineeringExperience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D (strongly preferred)Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable managing multiple tasks within budgets and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelCommitted to continual learning, collaboration, and quality servicePreferred QualitiesEmbodies company values of service, quality, and integrityDetail-oriented and responsive to client needsOpen to constructive feedback and collaborationDemonstrates leadership and mentoring capabilityBusiness development or project management experience is a plus
