
IT Administrator

- Provide timely technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Administer and maintain our local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), ensuring consistent uptime, strong security, and reliable performance.
- Oversee network hardware and software, including installation, configuration, monitoring, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage communication systems, including email, voice, and collaboration tools.
- Lead data backup and recovery, disaster recovery procedures, and IT compliance efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and corporate IT to support ERP systems, web applications, and company-wide initiatives.
- Deliver training and documentation to help users maximize the value of our tech tools.
- Provide on-call support for critical systems (24/7 availability required on a rotational or as-needed basis).
- Drive continuous improvement using data mining and process optimization.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, information security policies, and ISO requirements.
- Support help desk functions, desktop and server management, and application rollouts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent certifications such as A+, CCNA, CCDP, MCSA.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system/network administration, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-user environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, SQL databases, LAN/WAN networking, PC hardware, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with web development technologies and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple technical needs.
- High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours as required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
- Comfortable moving between office spaces and occasionally supporting field work.
- Regular use of computers and standard office equipment.
- Visual acuity and manual dexterity required for system troubleshooting and installations.
