
Proposal Management Professional

- Develop, write, and edit professional services proposals and SOWs tailored to client needs and aligned with Fiserv’s ECM product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team members, solution consultants, and delivery teams to gather requirements and ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Ensure all proposal documents are clear, concise, and compliant with internal standards and client expectations.
- Manage multiple proposal requests simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Track and report on proposal metrics and outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal development, technical writing, or a related role—preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with proposal management tools is a plus (e.g., CRM, contract management systems).
- Understanding of professional services and software implementation lifecycles.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of software distribution/pricing models and contract structures.
