- Perform detailed analysis of RFPs, preparing compliance matrices, outlines, and schedules in accordance with RFP and Proposal Operations guidelines.
- Manage multiple, concurrent complex proposal efforts and teams simultaneously.
- Identify, organize, and coordinate proposal resources, ensuring the completion of all assignments, reviewing all work, and adhering to internal quality control measures.
- Maintain clear, consistent, timely, and effective communication with deal team members.
- Provide detailed, timely communications, such as meeting invites with purpose, objectives, and agendas noted; deal summaries; meeting minutes; action items; and various status email communications.
- Develop original, customized content that reflects the approach and bolsters the Fiserv advantages.
- Lead proposal teams in discussions on proposal win themes, value propositions, and other strategic messages.
- Write detailed responses that convey solution capabilities and advantages in language and concepts easily understood by others, with proper grammar and mechanics, and strong editing/revising skills.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced proposal environment in financial services/account processing or a similar field, responding to financial institutions' RFPs.
- 5+ years of strong writing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing original and editing existing content.
- Experience managing multiple complex projects while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and related tools.
- Proven ability to understand and articulate client’s business requirements into a cohesive, persuasive final product.
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and military experience.
- 5+ years of proficiency with Responsive (formerly RFPIO) or similar proposal automation software tools.
- 5+ years of familiarity with Shipley processes and standards.
- 5+ years of experience with Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) Certification.
