- M&A Project Management: 8-10 years of hands-on experience managing IT integration projects tied to M&A transactions, including pre-close planning, due diligence, and post-close execution.
- Advanced knowledge of M&A lifecycle and IT post-close integration.
- Skilled in project management (Agile, SDLC, PMI).
- Proficient in change management and adoption strategies.
- Experienced with PPM/PMO tools (e.g., Smartsheet) for planning and reporting.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system migrations, and data integration in M&A.
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and related tools.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple integrations at once.
- Able to travel roughly 20%-25%
