- Manage Information Systems (IS) Project Portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish and operate within the defined project prioritization framework (30% of the time).
- Develop and present reports on portfolio performance, project status, and resource utilization to the Information Systems Leadership Team (25% of the time).
- Establish robust governance for testing, including creating and managing standardized test templates, comprehensive testing libraries for all SAP modules, and documentation to ensure consistent application across projects. Provide oversight on test case management, defect tracking, and metrics reporting to ensure accountability and continuous improvement (20% of the time).
- Responsible for project scheduling/ resourcing; balance resource allocation and determine the timeline for project execution for approved enhancement requests for the organization (15% of the time).
- Responsible for Project Management Office (PMO) Support; implement and enforce standardized methodologies, templates, and tools across the PMO; and identify opportunities to streamline project management and testing processes (10% of the time).
- Requires 10% travel to Refresco’s offices throughout the US supporting project management.
- Associate’s in Commerce, Finance or Computer Information Systems
- 6 y. exp. as a Computer Systems Analyst
- Must include 3 y. exp. with SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, NetSuite, MSDynamics, audit paperwork tools, SOX compliance, & internal control frameworks.
- Must include 2 y. exp. with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, TestRail, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, & PowerPoint.
