- Receive and organize incoming food orders from servers.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prioritized correctly.
- Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and quality before sending them to guests.
- Ensure all modifications and special requests are met.
- Ensure food is delivered to the correct table in a timely manner.
- Maintain coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff to minimize delays.
- Serve as the liaison between servers and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow.
- Keep the expo station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assist with plating, garnishing, or assembling dishes during high-volume service.
- Step in to support servers and kitchen staff as needed.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Must be fluent in English; reading, writing and spoken.
- Must have prior experience working with POS system.
- Must have prior experience in a full-service restaurant as line cook or server
- Must have proven team leadership skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Food Handler's Certification
