Location : Montvale, NJ (3 days a week on-site)
Salary : 90-100KWe're looking for a Digital Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and teamwork. In this role, you'll own digital initiatives from idea to launch-websites, portals, CRM/email programs, integrations, and analytics tools-while keeping projects on time, on budget, and compliant.
What You'll Do
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver websites, email campaigns, HCP portals, and more
  • Turn business needs into actionable roadmaps and sprint plans
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to keep work moving smoothly
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project scope without sacrificing quality
  • Spot risks early and adjust plans to keep projects on track
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of digital or software project management experience (agency or tech preferred)
  • Strong grasp of technical concepts; prior dev or MarTech exposure a plus
  • Skilled with PM tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet
  • Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodology experience
  • Clear, confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
