The successful candidate wilkl be a visable, hands-on leader who manages work and projects. The Maintenane Manager will contribute to the Company gals in the areas of safety, quality, service, and cost. The Maintenance Manager wil have multiple direct reports and work closely with and guide external contractors. The Maintenance Manager will offer a base salary of up to $140,000 plus benefits, 401K, PTO and room for advancement.Job Duties for the Maintenance Manager in Montvale, NJ:Proactively manage EHS requirements for the Maintenance Department and continually improve plant safety performanceInstitute a full PM program that includes corrective, preventive, predictive and condition based maintenance strategiesInstitute a full PM schedule and system with monthly budget for both in house and contracted work ordersMaintain critical spares and develop inventory replenishment systemWork directly with Process Engineering and Operations to maintain and improve processing equipment to improve costs, efficiency, and product qualityAct as project manager for the install of new equipmentCollaborate with production employees to understand automation needs in the manufacturing process. Provide solutions that increase operator efficiency while improving output.Create and oversee the design and build of control systems; create process equipment control specifications for new and modified systems; validate, install, and commission new systemsCoach, lead, and counsel the Maintenance team to achieve maintenance objectives and to support individual development.Job Requirements for the Maintenance Manager in Montvale, NJ:Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred3-5 years with engineering degree OR 5-10 years of experience.
