- Perform diagnostic tests on a High-Line vehicles including Mercedes, Audi and other Luxury brands to identify issues accurately
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively
- Follow guidelines and specifications for repairs and service procedures
- Ensure all work is performed to industry standards and meets customer expectations
- Keep up-to-date with technical advancements to maintain certification
- Prior experience diagnosing luxury brand vehicles
- Proven experience working with German automotive manufacturer vehicles (Mercedes & Audi primarily)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
