The Commons of Providence, a welcoming Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our facilities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.What You’ll Do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
  • Respond to work orders promptly and efficiently
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized manner
  • Assist with special projects as needed
