- Oversees all clinic operations and ensures that clinic supervisor(s) and clinic staff are aware of and following Sound policies and procedures.
- Uses reports provided by quality and compliance, finance and people operations to ensure the clinic is meeting KPIs, budget expectations and clients are meeting treatment outcomes.
- Provides overall support for the operation.
- Develops and fosters a culture of collaboration, peer consultation and commitment to professional improvement. Interprets and evaluates staff reports, observes performance and evaluates staff, problem solves clinic related issues, including front door, office space use, etc.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Required Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field (MSW, MS, MA).
- Required WAC approved Clinical Supervisor.
- 5 plus years of experience managing, supervising or leading within a clinic setting.
- Has an advanced level of understanding of the concepts of individual and Group therapy evidenced-based practices to provide services.
- Possesses and routinely demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the mental and/or behavioral health and support resources of King County and has a working knowledge with state and local health delivery systems, including knowledge of various funding principles and clinical services mandates.
- Has proven understanding of recovery concepts in behavioral health; synthesizes and applies, as appropriate to their work at Sound.
- Has proven to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, while simultaneously managing crises.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Required -Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Washington State licensure LICSW or LMHC, strongly preferred.
