Gray Residential is acquiring a large, 444 unit community in Evansville and is excited to onboard a new Maintenance Supervisor. The supervisor will be tasked with being a leader to a maintenance team of 3 technicians as well as a great business partner with the Property Manager.Key Functions of the Role:
  • Managing, updating, and affirming accuracy of a digital make-ready board.
  • Leading the team in will and skill, showing those who report to them a high level of productivity and knowledge.
  • Directing team members on critical tasks and assignments then holding team members accountable for great work.
  • Recognizing when the need for training exists and conducting on the job training as well as supporting online training initiatives.
  • Reviewing service requests for recurring issues, preventable service calls, reducing emergency calls, and identifying and communicating potential for large expenditures.
  • Ability to be on-call for emergencies in rotation with other team members as well as able to come in outside of scheduled business hours for snow and ice removal activities.

  • Organization = we'll make sure you have the tools you need to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. We use TEAMS and also mobile facilities management apps to keep service requests, make ready boards, preventative maintenance plans and and inspections in one place.
