Electro-Mechanical Assembler
  • Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly of power supplies, PC boards, cable harnesses, modules, and related subassemblies.
  • Solder and de-solder through-hole and SMT components using soldering iron and hot-air techniques.
  • Read and interpret schematics, drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to complete assemblies.
  • Select, mount, and install electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transformers, and ICs on panels and PCAs.
  • Connect and route wires between components, connectors, and terminals following wiring diagrams.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and microscopes for assembly, inspection, and testing.
  • Perform operations such as crimping, riveting, potting, cleaning, epoxy bonding, and trimming components.
  • Conduct inspections and basic functional tests to ensure assemblies meet production and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot, rework, and repair defective units as identified during inspection or testing.
  • Maintain accurate production records, follow detailed work instructions, and adhere to all safety procedures.
