
Senior Treasury Analyst

- Manage daily treasury operations across multiple U.S. and international bank accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, initiate ACH, wire, and internal transfer transactions, and ensure proper approvals.
- Maintain accurate loan schedules and reconcile all banking transactions with the general ledger.
- Assist in forecasting Forecast short- and long-term cash requirements and assist in optimizing liquidity.
- Support the annual and quarterly tax payment process by coordinating with external accountants.
- Post treasury transactions in the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and support general accounting efforts as needed.
- Handle company credit card, PayPal, and PEX account activity and funding.
- Work closely with the EVP/CFO and accounting team to maintain consistency and accuracy across all treasury and related transactions.
- Provide backup and support in areas outside of treasury (approx. 25% of the role), including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- 3-10 years of relevant treasury experience; exposure to multinational operations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a strong plus but not a requirement).
- High attention to detail and accuracy; errors are caught quickly, and you aim not to make them.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP); QuickBooks experience a plus but not required.
- Experience with domestic and international financial transactions.
- Ability to work independently and within a team of experienced accounting professionals.
- Comfortable commuting regularly to West Palm Beach; relocation is not offered for this role.
