- Research and follow sustainability regulations, trends, best practices and competitor’s initiatives to inform ongoing sustainability initiatives
- Manage the annual sustainability data collection processes and manage the prioritization and completion of related surveys and questionnaires from third parties, including investors, rating agencies, customers and others
- Manage the compilation and issuance of the annual Sustainability Report
- Serve as the primary contact for the annual sustainability data audit with external audit firms
- Serve as the primary internal liaison for the Dycom Sustainability Steering Committee, collaborating with all stakeholders
- Assist with the annual insurance renewal process. Work with Finance, Fleet and Facilities, subsidiaries and the insurance broker to pull together renewal information and analyze for accuracy
- Work with Dycom claims, TPA, broker and insurer to put together, analyze and review documents for quarterly claims review
- Monitor and analyze monthly and quarterly claim variances. Provide claims data as needed to Finance and outside actuaries, and reconcile any discrepancies
- Manage the Company’s certificate of insurance and auto ID cards program, including annual renewal distribution
- Create and maintain historical risk exposure schedules
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, corporate risk management or with an insurer or insurance broker
- Aptitude and/or working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical, data management and reporting skills – Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a fast paced, changing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly across all levels within the organization
- Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
- Understanding of sustainability issues impacting compliance and reporting requirements on a corporation is a plus
- Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods
- Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 10% to attend team meetings or training
