Classification: ContractContract Length: 12 MonthsPosition SummaryWe are seeking a QA Test Analyst/Mid-Level to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role will require someone with a passion for healthcare technology and the ability to analyze and ensure the quality of our applications. The successful candidate will have strong technical and communication skills and be able to quickly and effectively assess and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive functional, regression and end to end testing strategies and plans for Credentialing applications.
  • Develop and refine testing processes including design tests that assess product or service quality, efficiency, and performance
  • Analyze, evaluate, and document software system requirements and ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
  • Carry out both manual and automated tests (UiPath) to detect and identify any issues or defects in applications.
  • Troubleshoot and debug any identified software system issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
  • Test application performance and scalability to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
  • Monitor and track bug reports and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of applications.
  • Maintain and update test plans and test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, testing and a comprehensive understanding of software systems, including experience with either manual or automated testing.
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • The Test Analyst should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box to quickly identify and resolve issues.
