
Sr. Planner, NA Demand & Inventory Planning

- Manage appropriate inventory levels for core replenishment skus on a monthly basis to support healthy in-stock rates and service levels
- Set differentiated inventory targets on a seasonal basis based on certain sku attributes such as product segment, lead time, and sales volume & volatility
- Plan and manage inventory across locations and regions; set SKU targets by DC
- Reconcile receipt plans with POs and work with supply chain partners to remediate any discrepancies
- Assess inventory levels to ensure core replenishment SKUs are at appropriate service levels; diagnose root causes of stock-out to better prevent future instances
- Build relationships: interact and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, buying, demand management, and supply chain partners.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working with product from hindsight through execution and experience leading multiple categories preferred
- An understanding of inventory planning and management concepts and techniques
- Experience in analyzing and actioning against inventory planning KPIs
- Strong brand, retail, supply chain, manufacturing and overall retail business acumen preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities
- A courageous individual who will take ownership of his/her decisions and guide and push back in a diplomatic manner even when faced with dissenting points of view
