- You will prepare and review bottoms up monthly forecasts with related analysis for the US across multiple sales channels. The accuracy of the unit forecast has a direct impact on company inventory and customer service levels. Reconcile forecasted units to Gross Sales financial forecasts to ensure reasonableness.
- You will work cross-functionally to understand qualitative information from Sales and Marketing, as it affects future unit forecasted demand, including follow-up of out of stocks with supply planning.
- You will be responsible for the monthly Forecast Accuracy Report results which includes issue root cause on inaccuracies and ensuring go-forward forecast reflects any results.
- You will conduct regular business and performance reviews related to demand and supply of low stock SKUs with internal stakeholders.
- You will manage the potential obsolescence to minimize inventory liabilities and drive Root Cause Problem Solving and action planning/execution to reduce E&O.
- You will assist Demand Planning Lead in preparing for the Monthly Consensus and Executive S&OP meetings.
- You will prepare and lead monthly Pre-Consensus meetings with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Sales Ops.
- You will lead monthly E&O meetings.
- You will attend weekly meetings as needed.
- You will be responsible for the new launches' forecast preparation working closely with Marketing and Sales.
- You will be responsible for other analyses and projects as needed.
- You will need to build strong working relationships with key stakeholder such as:
- Supply Planning
- Sales Operations
- Sales - Key Account Specialists
- US Marketing
- Customer Service
- Finance
- New Product Development
- You have a 4-year academic degree in relevant field or related job experience.
- You have a minimum of 5-6 years of demand planning experience in a supply chain role.
- You are proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other associated scheduling, forecasting software packages.
- You have strong data management and analytic skills.
- You understand the end-to-end Supply Chain Functions.
- You are enthusiastic, creative and a team player.
- You have experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) (Not required).
- You have APICS exposure and CPIM certification (Not required).
