We are seeking an EPIC User Support Specialist for a Technical Dress Rehearsal project. In this role, you will log into the EPIC system and follow scripted steps to test lab and pathology order printing. You’ll record results on a spreadsheet, flag any errors for resolution by the build team, and re-test after fixes are made.Responsibilities:
- Execute scripted EPIC workflows to validate print functionality
- Document successful test runs or escalate failures
- Collaborate with the build team for troubleshooting and resolution
- Travel between Parkview locations as assigned
- High school diploma required
- EPIC experience required (Superuser level preferred)
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to travel to various Parkview locations; primary work sites are PRMC and Randallia
