- Represent the owner's interests across all phases of project execution
- Guide contractor selection and manage the bid/RFP process
- Oversee construction budgets, timelines, and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress on-site and provide clear reporting to leadership
- Lead issue resolution and change management during construction
- Maintain strict alignment with healthcare regulations and building standards
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractors from preconstruction to closeout
- Strong understanding of the unique workflows and compliance needs in medical facilities
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with limited oversight
- Would consider a Superintendent with strong social skills, modern construction practices and technical abilities including but not limited to construction software
