We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy across our operations—from production budgeting to vendor payments to revenue reporting. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your accounting expertise while collaborating with creative, technical, and operational teams in an exciting, project-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks (or other accounting software).
  • Assist with invoice generation, vendor tracking, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company credit card accounts.
  • Maintain organized digital records of receipts, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Coordinate with production teams to track project costs and budgets.
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management as needed.
  • Support ad hoc administrative and accounting projects.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships count).
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and google sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Bonus: Experience in a production or entertainment environment.
  • Experience with production accounting or project-based billing.
