Primary DutiesLeading and driving the team to excel at their work, coaching and training, managing by the numbers and achieving the KPI goals, covering for advisors when needed (writing service, taking excellent care of customers, procuring parts, dispatching work to the technicians)Qualifications of Automotive General ManagerA leader with superior sales skills, positive attitude, passion for helping people, excellent communication skills and a willingness to always learn.
