- System Management: Configure, maintain, and support HCM system; ensure data integrity and user access
- Project Leadership: Drive improvements through testing, documentation, training, and upgrades
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and enhance system usability and efficiency
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business needs into system configurations and solutions
- Training & Support: Educate users and resolve issues via vendor coordination and escalation
- Integration & Reporting: Support system integrations; develop reports and queries for analysis
- Data Governance: Audit data quality and enforce protection measures
- Vendor Relations: Manage SLAs and engage with vendor community for best practices
- Documentation: Maintain project plans, communications, and user guides
- 5+ years in HRIS; Ceridian Dayforce preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent HRIS experience
- Relevant certifications and training preferred
- HR and database knowledge
- Excel and data analysis expertise
