Prior experience with matters involving the rules and regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) is strongly preferred. Experience drafting project-level agreements such as power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements (or interest in learning how to draft such agreements) is a plus.QualificationsClass years 2018-2021 preferred.
