- Partner with electrical and mechanical engineers across data center (DC) engineering and design engineering teams to define and implement space and power design configurations that maximize power utilization
- Fully own and manage AWS long range energy forecasts, and partner with customers across Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Energy, Finance, and REC Procurement teams to capture evolving use cases and business requirements.
- Work with software development and science teams to make enhancements and continuous improvements in energy forecast generation
- Create and lead execution of a program to reduce instances of positions reworked more than once from 25% to 0%
- Partner with DC engineering in tracking and forecasting which DC sites and phases require liquid cooling equipment installation, and when, to meet supportability commitments
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure buildsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's Degree or advanced professional certifications in management of complex, high value technology infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of data center technologies.
- Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments.
- Experience with and deep understanding of multiple project management methodologies.

The base pay for this position ranges from $87,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
