Position: Production Associate (Entry-Level)
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $16.50 – 18/ hr (shift dependant)
Schedule: Full-time | Multiple Shifts AvailableJob Summary:We're hiring entry-level Production Associates to support daily food production in a clean, team-oriented bakery setting. You'll rotate through tasks such as mixing, baking, packaging, and cleaning. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and reliability.What You’ll Do:
  • Work on a rotating line handling mixing, baking, and packaging
  • Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Lift and move ingredients and finished products (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow instructions and work well with others
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced environment
  • Able to follow instructions in English or Spanish
  • Prior manufacturing or food-handling experience is a plus but not required
Note: Must be comfortable working near moving equipment and around common food allergens.
