Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Systems Analyst for a remote consulting opportunity with one of our premier manufacturing clients.Position Summary:
The Syteline 7 Technical Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business units and IT, focusing on the Infor Syteline ERP system. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system improvements, and implementing technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to manufacturing, finance, and supply chain operations.
  • Configure, customize, and support the Syteline 7 ERP system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Lead or support ERP upgrade and implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Syteline environment.
  • Provide end-user training and support.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience with Infor Syteline ERP (version 7 or higher).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and/or distribution business processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and ERP reporting tools.
  • Experience with Syteline customization. Technical Support with Syteline
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial).
  • Familiarity with APIs, EDI, and system integrations.
  • Project management or business analysis certification.
