- Building strong business relationships with current and potential customers across Northern California.
- Initiating engaging phone and in-person meetings, delivering compelling presentations.
- Identifying new leads to maintain our sales momentum.
- Creating effective written proposals and quotations.
- Addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams.
- Assessing the market, determining customer value, and promoting our innovative products and services.
- Executing a strategic sales plan to excel in your territory.
- Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in large territory management, planning, and lead generation.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges.
- Results-oriented approach, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software.
- Valid driver's license for territory coverage in Irving and throughout Texas.
