  • Base salary between $60,000-80,000 (depending on experience) plus a lucrative commission structure with uncapped earning ability.

Your Role - Influence the Sales Landscape:As a crucial member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Building strong business relationships with current and potential customers across Northern California.
  • Initiating engaging phone and in-person meetings, delivering compelling presentations.
  • Identifying new leads to maintain our sales momentum.
  • Creating effective written proposals and quotations.
  • Addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service teams.
  • Assessing the market, determining customer value, and promoting our innovative products and services.
  • Executing a strategic sales plan to excel in your territory.
Minimum Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record in large territory management, planning, and lead generation.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges.
  • Results-oriented approach, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact management software.
  • Valid driver's license for territory coverage in Irving and throughout Texas.
