This position is the backbone of the office, juggling responsibilities from answering calls and welcoming clients to handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.As our Chiropractic Office Coordinator, you'll greet every patient with warmth and positivity. You'll handle phone calls with confidence, winning over new patients and scheduling appointments with ease. Multitasking will be key as you juggle scheduling, transactions, and patient flow while keeping the office organized and running smoothly. When challenges arise-whether it's an insurance concern or a scheduling conflict-you'll step up, keeping patients calm and ensuring the team stays on track.Here's what we need from you:
  • 1 year of management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Great phone etiquette with amazing people skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • A warm and friendly personality
